The VestaWebUpdate16.exe file is a driver upgrade for the PCVC675K, PCVC680K and PCVC690K Philips PC Cameras. It upgrades the PCVC675K/PCVC680K installation disks version 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 and the PCVC690K installation disk version 1.1. It is Windows 98 (SE), Windows 2000, Windows ME and Windows XP compatible. It supports application installation in Windows XP. It does not install Pagecam for PCVC690K.
