Logitech Drivers

This patch is for the ScanMan Color 2000 when the Speed Indicator light turns red immediately. This software patch applies ONLY to ScanMan Color 2000 multilingual release of the software. If you do not have this combination, please do not install this patch.

This patch was developed by Logitech to correct the issue that occurs when you press the button on the scanner to begin a scan, and the speed indicator light will go full red (indicating too fast) even though you have not moved the scanner.

This was the last driver made for the PageScan USB. This is NOT a Logitech file. The Storm Technologies driver is a third-party product which was manufactured by vendors independent of Logitech. We make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding these products` performance or reliability. Information on Support For Scanners:
In 1997, Logitech sold it`s scanner business to Storm Technologies. Storm subsequently came out with their own revision to the PageScan USB driver (the file available above). Then shortly thereafter Storm Technologies went out of business. Therefore, this was the last release of the PageScan USB driver. No further support is available other than the PageScan USB FAQs.
