Within some corporate environments using certain advanced switches with NWAY implementation, the CEM/REM56 card may experience intermittent network drops. Although the card will reconnect automatically, there was a minimal risk of data loss, depending upon when the drop occurred and how certain applications cope with a sudden loss of connection and slow recovery time.
